Hello! Yes, it is intentional. In this particular level, having the 3 boxes in the same area works as an extra obstacle/sub-puzzle, making it necessary to plan and move the right boxes to the right places (For example: the lower box can never be used in a marker)

Why can't I remove objects in level editor ?
You can do it by right clicking. My bad for not explaining that.
